Our Fees
Our fee schedule for cases and matters related to inheritance law for 2024-2025 is as follows:

For obtaining an Inheritance Certificate: 12,450 TL from a notary, 20,000 TL from a court.

In the case of Dissolution of Inheritance Partnership: 45,200 TL or 10% of the value determined by the court for the relevant property.

In Reduction and Return Claims: 57,900 TL or 16% of the value subject to the decision.

In cases related to Reading the Will, Precautionary Measures on the Estate, Estate Determination, Renunciation of Inheritance, and Appointment of a Representative for the Inheritance Company: 36,850 TL.

In the case of Keeping Records in Inheritance: 32,500 TL or 16% of the value of the case.

In cases for Annulment of the Will and Reduction Claims: 50,700 TL.

In the case of Annulment of Inheritance Certificate: 37,600 TL.

For drafting Inheritance and Partition Agreements and Wills: 42,400 TL.

In cases for Annulment of Dispositions: 42,400 TL or 16% of the value of the case.
