Our Fees
Our fee schedule for cases and matters related to tenancy law for the year 2024 is as follows:

In Eviction Cases: 16% of the annual rent, not less than 30,850 TL.

In Cases for Determining and Increasing Rent: 16% of the annual rent subject to increase, not less than 36,800 TL.

For Payment Location Determination Requests: 14,500 TL.

In Cases for Any Claims and Recoveries Arising from Tenancy Agreements: 16% of the value of the claim, not less than 30,850 TL.

For Drafting Tenancy Agreements: 24,900 TL.
