• Guardianship and Custody Cases: 30,850 TL

• Enforcement Cases: 52,600 TL

• Adoption Cases: 40,600 TL

• Marriage License, Removal of Waiting Period for Women: 44,400 TL

• Cases Arising from Broken Engagements (Return of Engagement Gifts, Material and Moral Damages, etc.): Not less than 22% of the case value, with a minimum of 42,500 TL

• Paternity Disputes, Paternity Correction, and Fatherhood Cases: 46,200 TL

• Uncontested Divorce Cases: 46,200 TL

• Contested Divorce Cases: 76,800 TL

• Contested Divorce with Material and Moral Compensation Claims: Not less than 16% of the case value, with a minimum of 76,600 TL

• Claims Arising from the Liquidation of Property Regimes (Contribution Shares, Value Increase Shares, and Participation Claims): Not less than 16% of the case value, with a minimum of 70,600 TL

• Alimony Cases: Not less than 16% of the case value, with a minimum of 28,900 TL

• Establishment and Termination of Adoption Relations, and All Cases Arising from Adoption Relations: 58,200 TL

• Custody Cases: 58,200 TL

• Complaints/Objections Against Judicial Support and Victim Services Procedures Regarding Child Delivery/Personal Relationship Establishment, as well as Cases Arising from Opposition to the Enforcement of Judgments or Precautionary Orders: 30,000 TL

• Cases Arising from Law No. 6284 on the Protection of Family: 26,200 TL
