Our Fees
Our 2024-2025 fee schedule for property law cases and matters is as follows:

For disputes arising from the Condominium Law: 30,850 TL,

For Partition Cases: Not less than 46,200 TL, or 14% of the court-determined value of the property corresponding to the client’s share,

For Correction of Title Deed Records: Not less than 72,600 TL, or 22% of the claim value,

For Prevention of Encroachment Cases: 44,100 TL,

For Establishment of Easements and Usufruct Rights: 43,100 TL,

For Title Deed Cancellation and Registration Cases: Not less than 72,600 TL, or 16% of the claim value,

For Ecrimisil (Unlawful Occupation) Cases: Not less than 38,900 TL, or 18% of the claim value,

For Expropriation and Unlawful Expropriation Cases: Not less than 56,450 TL, or 22% of the claim value.
