Our fee schedule for other legal services for the year 2024-2025 is as follows:

In preemption (shufa) lawsuits: 16% of the disputed value, with a minimum of 56,600 TL

In claims for receivables and material/moral damages: 16% of the disputed value, with a minimum of 36,450 TL

For declaratory requests in commercial courts: 28,900 TL

For lawsuits filed on behalf of partners regarding decisions of commercial companies: 56,500 TL

For lawsuits to annul decisions on the expulsion from cooperative membership: 56,500 TL

In cases for the annulment of lost or promissory notes: 36,500 TL

In foundation lawsuits (such as determination of adoption, administration, and claims for excess income).
